Sprint Review

The Sprint Review is a Scrum event held at the end of the Sprint where the Scrum Team presents the Increment to stakeholders, gathers feedback, and collaborates on what to do next.

The Sprint Review is an opportunity for the Scrum Team to inspect the outcome of the Sprint and determine future adaptations. The team demonstrates the work that was completed and discusses what went well, what problems were encountered, and how those problems were solved.

During the Sprint Review, the Product Owner explains which Product Backlog items have been completed and which have not. Stakeholders provide feedback on the Increment, and the entire group collaborates on the next steps.
