High-quality requirements are: Complete (nothing missing needed for implementation), Consistent (no contradictions with other requirements), Feasible (achievable within time/budget/technology), and Testable (specific enough to write pass/fail tests). BAs use these criteria to review and improve requirements quality.

**Why not B:** Requirement quality attributes are not exclusive to project management. Terms such as clear, concise, complete, consistent, testable, and traceable are fundamental to business analysis practice. The BABOK Guide and other BA standards explicitly define these as characteristics of well-written requirements. Business analysts are directly responsible for ensuring requirements meet these quality attributes throughout the requirements lifecycle.

**Why not C:** Requirement quality attributes describe the quality of the requirements themselves, not the quality of the final product. While well-written requirements contribute to delivering a quality product, the attributes (such as unambiguous, feasible, and verifiable) assess whether the requirement statement is properly constructed. Product quality is a separate concern evaluated through testing and quality assurance processes.

**Why not D:** Requirement quality attributes are not marketing attributes. Marketing attributes relate to how a product is positioned and promoted in the market, such as brand messaging or value propositions. Requirement quality attributes are analytical criteria used to evaluate whether individual requirements are well-formed, complete, and suitable for guiding solution design and development.
