Productive workshops require structured facilitation: clear agenda and objectives, ground rules to manage behavior, timeboxes to prevent tangents, visual facilitation tools, and decision-making techniques to build consensus.

**Why not B:** Arbitrarily limiting a requirements workshop to two hours does not inherently make it productive. Workshop duration should be determined by the complexity of the topic and the number of participants. What matters more is having a clear agenda, defined objectives, skilled facilitation, and appropriate participant engagement.

**Why not C:** A workshop where the BA simply presents requirements without seeking stakeholder input defeats the collaborative purpose of the session. Requirements workshops are designed to elicit diverse perspectives, validate assumptions, and build consensus—none of which occur if stakeholders are passive listeners rather than active contributors.

**Why not D:** Allowing unlimited, unstructured discussion time leads to scope creep within the session and reduces productivity. Effective workshops require facilitation techniques such as timeboxing, parking lots for off-topic items, and structured agendas to keep discussions focused and ensure that objectives are met within a reasonable timeframe.
