Refund Policy

Email us within 14 days of your purchase and we refund you in full. No questions asked. You don’t need to give a reason, and it doesn’t matter how much of the platform you used.

Don’t recognize a charge on your statement?
It will appear as GANTTGRIND.COM. Older purchases may instead show Grindstone Labs, LLC — the company that operates GanttGrind. Both are us.
GanttGrind is an exam practice platform at ganttgrind.com, operated by Grindstone Labs, LLC. The charge is a one-time payment for lifetime access. It is not a subscription, and it will never bill you again.
If you still don’t recognize it, email hello@ganttgrind.com and we will refund it immediately — no 14-day limit, no argument. Please email us before disputing with your bank. A dispute takes your bank 60–90 days to resolve; we can have your money back to you today.
How to get a refund
Email hello@ganttgrind.com from the address on your account, or include the email you used at checkout. That’s all we need — you don’t have to explain yourself or fill in a form.
- We reply and process the refund the same or next business day.
- Money returns to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- Your account moves back to the free tier — your study history is kept.
- You can re-purchase later at the price current at that time.
After 14 days
Purchases are final after 14 days. Premium is a one-time payment for lifetime access, so there is no subscription to cancel and nothing will bill you again.
Two things are always true regardless of the window: if you were charged in error or charged twice, we refund it, and if you never received the access you paid for, we fix it or refund it. Just email us.
Exceptions
Refunds are not issued for accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service — for example, sharing account credentials or scraping the question bank.
Purchases before August 11, 2026
Our previous policy allowed refund requests within 30 days of purchase, reviewed case by case. If you bought before this policy took effect, we honor that longer 30-day window — we will not apply a shorter deadline retroactively.
